We can arrange for you a measurement of the following quantities:
- Voltage and current (up to 2000 A) with the accuracy of 0.5%,
- Frequency, power factor,
- Momentary output (active and blind power) with the accuracy of 1%,
- Energy consumed (active and blind).
The device makes it possible to evaluate full harmonic distortion according to individual harmonics up to the 30th harmonic.
The measurement can be done automatically, with the reading period ranging from 1 min. to 4 hours, with no harmonic measurement already up to 1 s. The capacity of the memory of the device makes it possible to do continuous measurements in the course of several days.
All the values measured can be comprehensively shown in graphs using a PC.
Based on the measured values we are able to design, deliver and install the following:
- A suitable compensating switchboard furnished with:
- A modern microprocessor controlled by a blind power regulator and direct projection of the power factor,
- Contactors with resistance switching with long service life or contact-less switching (fast control),
- Dry capacitors,
- Compensating chokes that are used for sucking higher harmonic frequencies off from networks.
- Fuses, main switch, switch isolator, breaker, etc.
- Individual components can be delivered separately, too.
- We also reconstruct – repair legacy compensating switchboards directly at the customer’s place
Furthermore, we offer removal of mineral oil capacitors and arrange for removal of PCB capacitors (delor).
The measurement and analysis are done under the following conditions.
