Quality management system
The permanent high quality of products is secured by the quality management system established in compliance with the ISO 9001:2000 international standard. The system is certified by the Dutch company KEMA REGISTERED QUALITY - http://www.kema.cz/. By acquisition of the KEMA ISO 9001"2000 and EQ NET ISO 9001:2000 certificates, a new stage of continuous quality improvement and process effectiveness has been commenced. The act of certification itself is seen in ZEZ SILKO, s.r.o. as a tool for strengthening mutual trust and as the basis for the functioning and effective quality management system.

Product Certification
Product certification is carried out in case of certain goods and its scope is adopted to legislative requirements of markets for particular products or to strengthen customer’s trust in product’s compliance with technical standards. The certification is performed exclusively by independent certifying organizations.
